Anniversary part 2

So I got home on Tuesday and we exchanged presents. I've started collecting these figurines from Willow Tree and Phil gave me two more for the collection and I love them. Most are either angels or family oriented. We actually found one that is a man all by himself though. He's reading and sitting on a pile of books.

If anyone knows our family, you know books are high on our list! So I went and got the little guy for Phillip so he can add a masculine touch to the collection.
Then Phillip took me for the surprise of the night...well, he kinda gave me hints and I had guessed where we were going already, but it was still wonderful. Our friend, Kevin Swann, is developing his talent of flying. He and Scott (I think that was his name) Greene took us up and away to Reedley and back. It was right at sunset and the Fresno smog made a beautiful sunset view. Thanks guys! And especially thanks Phil. He's so wonderful!
THEN (I know, it just gets better and better) Phillip's parents took us and Darrick, (hope I spelt that right) Phil's brother, out to Macaroni Grill. It's been forever since I've been there, I forgot how wonderful their bread is. The server was someone Phil knew from an institute class and we even ended up with a free slice of the yummy chocolate cake! Happy anniversary us! Overall, it was a full day, but a wonderful way to remember the wonderful blessings of our marriage.
