Growning a back yard

With the dogs officially gone, Phillip and I have decided it's time to take the backyard from dream land to reality. Of course this will not happen overnight, but we have begun.

Due to a lack of watering and a large orange tree in the south-west area of our yard, a portion of the yard is currently dirt, with a few stray weeds. (see the big brown spot in the picture) This last Saturday Phil and I aerated the dirt and spread grass seeds. It was hard work, but definitely worth the effort. Yay for our big back yard!
