And for those who thought I was making it up:

4 cups dried, used coffee grounds
2 cups cornmeal
1 cup flour
1/2 cup salt
Directions
Dry the grounds in the sun or your oven on low heat. Make extremely sure they are dry, or they will mold.
Stir all ingredients together, and there you go!
Just remember, everything was made for a purpose! God made coffee beans for a reason. Maybe that reason is to make sand!
I'm sure you've got neighbors who make and drink coffee. Just ask them for their grounds - I'm sure it will lead to an interesting missionary opportunity! You could also try some without the grounds and see how it turns out. It wouldn't have the same texture or color, but still might work.

dude we toooootallly had that gak stuff! :D
yeah! So did you look up a gak recipe?? I have one if you need it! And STILL not making that sand! HAHA! It was a fun night! ~ Thanks for holding chubby on Sunday, he loves you! ~:)
I saw a couple of recipies for gak, but once I make it I have to find a place to keep it. And Phillip will want it in every color! :) (j/k, we both know I'm the one who would play with it)
I like the recipe for edible playdoh.. it's sometimes a little salty but it's still reeeaaaallly yummy. Oh and it's fun to play with. LOL
Ya, but it never smells the same. There's something about the smell of playdoh that makes me think "nursery." :)
