I forgot this was coming out!
Where the Wild Things Are was one of my favorite books as a child. I think I even had a copy signed by Maurice Sendaks. I remember having a stuffed Max in his monster suit.
And, to top it off, the trailer looks great! (I hate when Hollywood ruins a great book) If they do this great with the movie, It'll be fantastic!
I'll keep my fingers crossed!
On a side note, I just finished reading "My Sister's Keeper." Has anyone read it? Seen the movie? I haven't seen the movie yet, so I don't know how close it is to the book. I hated the twist at the very end of the book! I should not be crying in the break room at work!

I've read My Sister's Keeper. I actually own it. I reeeeaaaally want to see the movie but I might wait until the $3 theater.. don't want to pay sooo much for an hour and a half of tears (so I hear). ALSO.. I heard that they did switch it up a bit.. in that the mom (Cameron Diaz's character) is a bit more loving. You can kind of see that from the previews. I wonder how that's going to affect the story. Let me know if you see it!!
I have also read my sisters Keepet. Loved the book! I am waiting for it to come in the dollar theater. Esche and Emily and Sarah have read it too!!!
I am a little scared for Alec Baldwin in the movie.
Oh and I cried like a baby at the end and in the middle. So no need to fear. I am sure Esche cried too. I never asked....
(I kind of liked the ending though. Not typical) SUPRISE kind of thing.
