Moving to Zillah

After many prayers, fasting and blessings, Phillip has accepted a position with a new job in Zillah Washington. This last weekend we flew up and picked out our new home. We will be living in these condos on Fletcher Lane. We're the middle condo here:

We will have three bedrooms upstairs:

There is a 1/2 bath downstairs and a full upstairs:

We are a bit scared to be completely on our own and slightly overwhelmed with the many things we have to pack up, but we are very excited for a new opportunity.
Zillah will be a huge slow down from the hustle and bustle of Fresno. It has between 2-3,000 people, no stop lights, one gas station and a grocery store where you have to check the expiration dates.
We will miss all of our friends and family here in Fresno, but know you are always in our thoughts and prayers!!!

From someone who's taken the flip of that. I came from a small town in Washington to Southern California. You'll miss the sunshine, but you'll love the scenery. It's beautiful and peaceful. Might get a bit boring if you're used to the hustle and bustle. But Seattle is the place to get that out :D

The Reason for it all

We...solemnly proclaim that marriage between a man and a woman is ordained of God and that the family is central to the Creator’s plan for the eternal destiny of His children.

Husband and wife have a solemn responsibility to love and care for each other and for their children. “Children are an heritage of the Lord” (Psalms 127:3). Parents have a sacred duty to rear their children in love and righteousness, to provide for their physical and spiritual needs, to teach them to love and serve one another, to observe the commandments of God and to be law-abiding citizens wherever they live. Husbands and wives—mothers and fathers—will be held accountable before God for the discharge of these obligations.

The family is ordained of God. Marriage between man and woman is essential to His eternal plan. Happiness in family life is most likely to be achieved when founded upon the teachings of the Lord Jesus Christ. By divine design, fathers are to preside over their families in love and righteousness and are responsible to provide the necessities of life and protection for their families. Mothers are primarily responsible for the nurture of their children. In these sacred responsibilities, fathers and mothers are obligated to help one another as equal partners.
