Beehives, Visitors and a New Blog!

Last week I made these super cute beehive topped cupcakes for a back to school pep rally.  I think they turned out SOOOO cute and they were way easy!
I just made yellow cake cupcakes and then made yellow jello frosting (1 package instant pudding mixed with 1-1/2 cups milk and then a container of cool whip).  I took my frosting applicator and skipped the tip.  I squirted some out until it made a big circle then made two smaller circles on top of that.

So then on Friday night after games with the Grigg's (well Saturday morning at 3 a.m.) we had three visitors arrive!  My mom and dad and sister (Barb) came.  Saturday I took Barb on a tour of the town.
Then we went to see The Help with mom.  Yes, I've paid twice to see this movie.  It is that good.
Yesterday morning I took Barb to the bus station in Yakima (it was a quick but good visit) and then went to church.
Today I did the same tour with mom and dad.

Tonight we got home and had homemade chicken noodle soup and rolls and then a fun family home evening.

Also in recent Iverson news: I have started a second blog.  I know, I hardly update this one, but I did it anyway.  It's mainly for my handouts and things I use for YW so I can reuse and others can steal my ideas.  Here's the link: http://juliannashelps.blogspot.com/
